ALTERATION, REFUND AND RETURN

Our products are custom made to order and are fitted to each customer as that customer is physically constituted at the time of placing the order with us. We make each product according to the information provided by each customer and we rely upon each customer to provide true and accurate information to us.

The price of each product includes one set of alterations to the product for fitting purposes only, and for no other reason. Thereafter, if you desire any other alterations and if we agree to make them, then there will be (an) additional charge(s).

We understand that customers can make errors in providing information to us. We also understand that a customer may decide that a final product differs from that customer’s expectation. However, because we make each product to order, we are not responsible for customer mistakes or dissatisfaction.

We have no control over the conditions to which our products may be exposed after the final alteration. Therefore, we do not provide any guarantees, warranties or promises. Your rights in this regard may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
